Region Properties Dalarna is responsible for the overall property management of Region Dalarna. Our mission is to provide premises and services to the region's activities based on sustainable community development. We manage approximately 470,000 square meters of premises and externally rent about 120,000 square meters. The largest properties are the county's hospitals, but we also manage folk high schools, health centers, bus depots, etc., in all municipalities of the county. The investment rate for the coming years is approximately 600 million SEK annually.

Region Properties is a client unit and currently consists of just over 30 employees with broad expertise in community building. We are a close-knit team that has many exciting challenges to handle. We are now looking for a system manager for HVAC in our technical function.

As the system manager for HVAC installations with a focus on robustness, your mission is to ensure that the facilities not only function today but are also reliable, scalable, and resilient to disturbances over time.

The strategic role is to lead the work for the development and maintenance of our plans for technical supplies, to participate in the prioritization of planned property maintenance, and to develop routines and guidelines regarding HVAC installations. You are our specialist in selecting system solutions for the property portfolio and monitor a well-functioning robustness work, including supervision and maintenance based on our operational agreements.

You are responsible for supporting management and projects within your technical area. You will also, together with other employees, initiate and participate in design and investigations in all types of projects.

To provide the best support to management and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines, you need to continuously update yourself and actively monitor any changes in legislation. As support in your work and for your own development, you participate in well-established networks with other regions.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with Region Properties' managers, project leaders, technical specialists, and the region's organization for property management. Together, we work to contribute to sustainable community development based on the management's mission.

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who has worked for several years as an HVAC engineer in property management, as a technical consultant, contractor, or has equivalent experience.
• You are an educated HVAC engineer from a university or have other technical education and experience that has provided equivalent competence.
• You have good knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards in the field and you have good knowledge of system construction.
• You are good at expressing yourself in speech and writing.
• Driver's license B (manual)

Meritorious:

• Experience from working with technically complex properties

You have a strong interest in technology. In addition to professional knowledge, the ability to work methodically and an interest in driving development are required. You work from a holistic perspective and understand the long-term implications and consequences of different choices.
