Skanska Industrial Solutions offers comprehensive solutions in asphalt, aggregate, concrete, infrastructure services, and rental. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Skanska Sverige AB.

Our operations in asphalt and aggregate deliver various rock products and manufacture and lay asphalt. We also receive, process, and recycle excavated materials and asphalt.

Skilled Workers Who Want to Work with Asphalt

As a paving worker with us, you are responsible for ensuring that daily tasks are performed safely and optimally. You work in a team where daily tasks are characterized by high productivity with a focus on quality and safety.

The daily production includes the following tasks:

• Paving work – mostly manual handling
• Rolling
• Gluing
• Screwing
• Adjustment
• Other work within paving and simpler ground works.

Travel may occur in the position. You enjoy a fast pace and thrive in a varied everyday life.

As a person, you are attentive and have an easy time communicating and collaborating with others to achieve common goals and create a good working environment. A high pace and changes in production do not scare you. You are an engaged and responsible person who likes to take the initiative for improvements.

You have at least a B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• BE/C driver's license
• Experience in asphalt laying or construction work from previous employment.
