Do you want to help develop a preschool where play-responsive teaching and the compensatory mission are at the center? We are looking for an engaged preschool teacher who wants to lead and develop the teaching with us. Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meritorious:

• We would like you to have previous work experience as a preschool teacher in a similar environment
• Experience working with systematic quality work, as well as understanding and interest in these processes in preschool
• Experience working in large teams
• Experience and interest in a play-responsive approach in preschool
