CPG is looking for security guards for sports events in the 2025 season

We are seeking security guards in Gothenburg for the football season 2025/2026! For those interested, there is also the opportunity to work at various events in Gothenburg and Borås.

Description and job responsibilities:

As a security guard for CPG Bevakning Sverige AB, you will help maintain public order and deliver service and hospitality to all visitors at our events.

You will provide information, guidance, and assist visitors within the arena area. You will collaborate with event hosts, supporter police, and the clubs' security organizations to prevent disturbances, crimes, and assist with service issues, medical emergencies, and accidents.

You will deliver engagement, service, and top-quality! You simply enjoy being the face of the organization and know that dialogue is the solution to most situations.

Requirements for applicants

• Trained security guard with a valid security guard license.
• CPG Bevakning Sverige AB is an authorized security company, which means you must undergo and pass the County Administrative Board's control to work in an authorized security company.
• Knowledge of first aid and basic fire safety.
• Drug-free, with no criminal record and sound financial standing is a given.
• Good health and physical fitness.

Preferred qualifications for applicants

• Arena training for security guards.
• Additional languages.
• Experience in similar work.
• Previous work at sports events.

Varied working hours in connection with elite matches at arenas in Gothenburg.

Start date:

As agreed.

Employment conditions:

Extra as needed. A 6-month probationary period applies.

Salary:

According to the applicable collective agreement with additional pay for arena training at high-risk matches.
