Land and Permit Administrator at Luleå Energi
Do you want to work in a future-oriented industry where your work makes a difference for a sustainable society? Luleå Energi is now looking for a land and permit administrator who wants to contribute to the development of a future-proof energy infrastructure. Together we work to enable tomorrow's electricity grid.
The role of land and permit administrator is located in the Planning Department. The Planning Department works to plan and prepare facility investments that are carried out within Luleå Energi's electricity grid. We identify needs and conduct feasibility studies to then develop the documentation required to enable our investments.
About the role
In the role of land and permit administrator, you will often work as a team member in various projects where you contribute your expertise primarily in property and environmental law. You support the projects by ensuring that agreements are established and that necessary permits are in place for the implementation of electricity grid construction. With us, there will be good opportunities to develop and grow into the role through continuous professional development and strong support from engaged colleagues.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Establish and manage land lease agreements with property owners
- Handle permit matters with the municipality and county administrative board, such as beach protection exemptions, building permits, and permits for encroachments in nature reserves and water activities
- Plan and conduct consultations with authorities, organizations, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate internally within Luleå Energi Elnät and externally with contractors and other utility owners on issues regarding new and reconstruction of electricity grids and associated stations
- Be responsible for issues related to land encroachment, including valuation and compensation
You as a person
To thrive in the role of land and permit administrator, it is important that you have a structured working method and can create order in your work to drive processes from start to finish. You have an interest in laws and regulations and want to apply them in practice. When conditions change, you actively contribute to problem-solving with your analytical skills.
Furthermore, you have good communication skills, are pedagogical and clear in your meetings with various stakeholders such as property owners, authorities, contractors, and internal employees at Luleå Energi. You also understand the importance of careful and clear documentation since a crucial part of the work takes place in projects with several different parties involved.
Qualifications
For the position, we would like you to have the following qualifications:
- A post-secondary education relevant to the position or other equivalent experience that we assess as comparable
- Experience in some form of administration, preferably in a similar field.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish both written and spoken.
- Computer proficiency
It is advantageous if you have:
- Previous work experience in, for example, the community building process, interpretation of the Environmental Code, permits, building permits, and/or contract management.
- Experience in negotiations with, for example, property owners or other stakeholders.
- Worked in project form as, for example, a project administrator.
- A valid driver's license (B)
