Do you want to be the one who makes Södertälje safer - while also driving the business forward? In this role, you will combine technology, service, and business development in every customer interaction. We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with customers, identify improvements, and present solutions that enhance their security in everyday life. Here, you will be a key person in both developing relationships and increasing the value of our customers' security environments.

What you will do with us

You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and service of alarm systems for private and corporate customers. At the same time, you will have an important advisory role where you:

• Analyze existing systems and suggest improvements
• Present upgrades and options that enhance customer safety
• Lead customer dialogue and ensure that each visit is a positive experience
• Work independently with a service vehicle and scheduled customer meetings

As you get to know the customers, you will also be the one to discover new needs and help them make smart choices. Upselling will therefore occur as a natural part of your technical work - always focusing on long-term relationships.

We are looking for someone who

Requirements:
* B driver's license
* Good Swedish in speech and writing
* Ability to travel for work approximately one week per month

Previous experience in service, installation, or sales is an advantage, but the most important thing is your commitment and ability to see business opportunities where others see routines.
