Ljungsätra is located by the Lagan River with walking paths, close to bus stops and shops. The building consists of three sections with four floors, totaling 80 apartments.

At Ljungsätra special housing, you will assist care recipients in their daily lives.

The job responsibilities include supporting individuals in their daily lives. We work to see the healthy aspects and will work according to everyday rehabilitation and have a salutogenic approach. Be inspiring and motivating. Your tasks will include being a contact person and having good communication skills with everyone you meet both within the organization and externally.

Your responsibilities also include participating in and encouraging social activities. You need to be responsible for the assignment, innovative, and brave to handle the challenges you face. We work with individualized care where each citizen is important and should have a meaningful life in community with others. You need to have an interest in people and work according to our values and existing routines.

This also includes having good knowledge of documenting in our journal system and reporting changes that occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

A valid qualification as a Care Assistant with proof of professional title is required, or if you fall under the transitional rules according to the Patient Safety Act. Those with training as a nursing assistant are also welcome to apply.

Training in dementia care is an advantage.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Good computer skills and the ability to document clearly. In the assignment, we use the phone as a work tool. Be open to learning new systems as we document and sign digitally.

The position starts with a 6-month probationary period.
