At Allegio Livskvalitet, we employ nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

We offer care and service to our clients through assistance decisions. Based on the client's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a secure service, tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with contact person assignments and to meet the needs and routines of our clients. In the best possible way, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and systematically work on quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve.

With us, you will work on a five-week schedule, with two weekends. We offer day or evening shifts.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, respecting our clients and providing the absolute best service is very important. Requirements for the position include the ability to work independently, but also in a team as the job may sometimes require two employees. It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have phone skills to read digital schedules and instructions. Some of our clients have pets, so you also need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies.

If you are a nursing assistant or caregiver, hold a B driver's license or can bike, and master the Swedish language in speech and writing, you will have priority for a temporary position with us.
