Job Responsibilities As a Service Salesperson, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily work for the workshop, as well as ensure that the completed work meets deadlines and quality - from booking work, preparations, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role includes optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity. The tasks involve receiving the workshop's customers both through customer visits and phone, and preparing cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work.

  • Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.

  • Ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all levels, from the first contact with the customer to final delivery.

  • Explain different choices of actions and present various options based on the customer's needs.

Key Competencies/Skills:

  • High school education in automotive technology or equivalent vocational training

  • A couple of years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, where you have demonstrated good social skills and delivery towards customers

  • Good computer and phone skills

  • Driving license B

  • Good sense of service and the attitude to find the best solutions for your customers

  • Goal-oriented and driven

  • Experience with Kobra and with Nissan, FIAT, ALFA, JEEP, SUBARU, MG, BYD, or other brands.
