The Sländan Health Center is Ljungby's largest health center with around 9,500 registered patients. Here, we have district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, district and training doctors, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and psychosocial resources. We have an open and welcoming work environment where we work in teams, and our goal is to create good health for our patients by offering care and treatment at all stages of life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will have a varied job where you are responsible for examining, investigating, assessing, and treating patients of all ages and life situations. We strive to create good conditions for you to focus on what you do best – being a specialist in general medicine and making a difference for your patients.

Your job responsibilities include scheduled consultations, child health care, interventions in nursing homes, home visits, and handling urgent visits. On-call and standby duty at the emergency medical center is included in the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a specialist in general medicine and wants to be part of an engaged team within primary care. You are a person who finds it easy to collaborate, contributes with commitment and joy at work, and who wants to work with us for good, high-quality care. You have a professional attitude, show empathy in your interactions with patients, and actively contribute to a positive work environment. We place great importance on personal suitability and would like you to have supervisor training and previous experience in primary care.
