JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a driven person who wants to work as a personal assistant for a woman in her 50s, with the work being carried out in the client's home.

As an applicant, you should be able to work independently and take responsibility, as you will need to make your own decisions based on situations that arise. We are looking for someone who is calm and attentive, has a genuine interest in working with people, and has a warm demeanor.

In the role of personal assistant, you will accompany the client in daily activities such as personal care, assistance with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, transfers, and delegated healthcare from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Everyday tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping are also part of your work, performed together with the client.

You will also accompany the person on outdoor walks and her varied leisure interests, ranging from shopping and car trips to gymnastics.

As a personal assistant, you will have a responsible job that offers personal development and much joy in return. You will help create a meaningful everyday life for the client and have the opportunity to do that little extra for her. The work is guided by the client's needs and their implementation plan.

Working hours are around the clock. Based on the position, we offer a meaningful job where you will make a significant difference in the client's daily life. Introduction will be provided with support from experienced colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified nursing assistant or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. We prefer that you have prior experience working with people, preferably within LSS.

It is important that you have good computer skills and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

At least 18 years old.

Good collaboration skills and takes responsibility in daily work.
