About us Aleris Specialist Clinic Gothenburg is a well-established clinic with approximately 85 employees, consisting of doctors, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. We specialize in orthopedics, spinal surgery, aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, and offer our patients a cohesive care chain from surgery to rehabilitation.

We collaborate with the regions and assist them in maintaining the care guarantee, we also accept privately paying patients and cooperate with insurance companies that offer health insurance. Your role with us As a surgical nurse at Aleris Specialist Clinic, you will be part of a skilled and cohesive team focused on quality, flow, and care. Together with anesthetic nurses, nursing assistants, and operators, you will perform day surgery procedures in an environment characterized by precision, collaboration, and engagement. You will also participate in the continuous improvement work at the clinic.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a licensed nurse with specialist training in surgical nursing

  • Has at least 2 years of independent work experience in surgery as a surgical nurse

  • Is responsible, structured, and flexible

  • Enjoys contributing to a positive work environment and a professional patient meeting

  • Experience in our areas of operation: orthopedics, spinal surgery, and plastic surgery is an advantage

  • Extent: Full-time

  • Start: By agreement

  • Employment: Permanent, with an initial probationary period
