JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The assignment is varied, and you will perform it together with competent colleagues. You will primarily work with good care, service, and social interaction, but documentation, planning, health and medical tasks, and development work are also included in the position.

Working hours are scheduled for days and evenings, both weekdays and weekends. The home care group center is based in Tullbackagården's premises in central Nora.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience working in elderly care.

You are professional in your interactions with home care recipients and their relatives.

Furthermore, you need to have some computer skills and experience with written documentation as this is part of the assignment. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

As of July 1, 2023, the title of nursing assistant is a protected professional title. To be employed with the title of nursing assistant, you need to present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare. Alternatively, a certificate from a previous employer that confirms you held a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023, when the regulations came into force.
