A summer internship with us at the University Hospital in Örebro gives you the opportunity to get an idea of what it is like to work in healthcare. Primarily, the internship will be located in the hospital's care departments or at one of our health centers.

The tasks may vary depending on where you work. Examples of tasks may include helping in the kitchen, unpacking supplies, and other small chores that may arise.

An important part of your job, if you work in a care department, will be to interact with our patients, which may involve talking, reading, playing cards, and going for walks with them.

If you are studying in the nursing and care program, you may, in agreement with your supervisor, also get to try out care work.

You who will finish 9th grade or 1st or 2nd year of high school by the summer of 2026.

We are looking for someone who is responsible and meticulous and who wants to do their best regarding the tasks that will be included in your summer internship. You should enjoy helping and interacting with other people.
