We are now looking for a nurse who is interested in working with us this summer in home healthcare and special housing.

The work is free and independent, and you plan your days in consultation with your colleagues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, your responsibilities include planning and structuring work for the individual and their relatives. You assess and independently perform medical treatment and nursing interventions.

We work with health-promoting, person-centered care and plan work based on the individual’s unique conditions and needs.

A close teamwork with other professional categories such as nursing assistants, care aides, occupational therapists, unit managers, and doctors from the health center constitutes a large part of the work. You also have close collaboration and regular contact with both relatives and other external parties such as the health center and inpatient care.

A significant part of the work also involves supervision, training, and delegation of nursing staff. The work includes a considerable amount of administrative tasks with documentation, follow-ups, and SIP (coordinated individual assessment) in connection with discharge from inpatient care.

Working hours are scheduled and performed both during the day, evening, and weekends.

We work in teams and support each other.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse who either has experience in the profession or is newly graduated.

We see that you are independent, committed, have a good attitude, and are open to innovative thinking and development work.

You have the ability to be flexible and independent in planning, prioritizing, and executing your interventions.

You are confident in yourself and your professional role and comfortable working independently and supervising others, but you are also flexible in your way of working and see opportunities in the challenges that arise.

As a person, you are positive, service-oriented, and attentive, and you share your expertise. You find it easy and enjoyable to work together with others to achieve common goals.
