We are currently looking for two nursing assistants for Home Care in Trosa Väster and Vagnhärad. Welcome with your application!

WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE AS A NURSING ASSISTANT ENTAIL?

Your tasks include personal care, daily chores, medication management, and various responsibilities. You actively work with fixed care contacts, implementation plans, and social documentation where good relationships and a salutogenic approach are the focus. You will travel to our clients using a service bike or service car.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You who are applying are/have:

• trained nursing assistant
• experience in social care, health and medical care for the elderly, and familiarity with working with people with dementia diagnoses
• good computer and documentation skills
• good at expressing yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing

It is meritorious if you are/have:

• driver's license (B)
• experience in receiving delegated tasks from licensed personnel
• documented experience of working with contact person responsibilities and individual implementation plans

You have a genuine interest in people and care. As a person, you are curious and open to learning more. You have the ability to read people, adapt your behavior, and act professionally in every situation. Creating positive encounters for both clients and relatives comes naturally to you.

You take your own initiatives and are happy to come up with new ideas and suggestions.
