ABOUT THE POSITION

In Örebro, there are about 25 colleagues in various roles within product development, sales, order, training, workshop, service & support. In the role of field service and installation technician, you will be part of JOSAM's Swedish sales team. You will be based at the office in Örebro but will work with customers all over Sweden. Your focus will be on new installations as well as commissioning, service, inspection, and calibration of existing equipment within the heavy vehicle industry. You will also be responsible for contacting existing customers and scheduling service and installation assignments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute installation, service, calibration, verification, and inspection of new and existing equipment at customers across Sweden
  • Conduct training initiatives in connection with installations and assess the existing setup at customers and provide improvement suggestions
  • Contact customers and schedule service and installation assignments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a technical interest and good mechanical skills. We prefer that you have worked in the heavy vehicle industry and have experience with vehicle equipment. You may also come from a previous role as a service technician or similar.
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as both languages are used in daily work.
  • Holds a B driver's license.
  • Has good knowledge of the Office suite.

The position involves travel within Sweden, which requires a personal situation that allows for travel, often including overnight stays.
