Welcome to a wonderful team! Together with you, we want to create a better life for our patients and residents. We provide services at the University Hospital in Örebro, where you will have the opportunity to develop and try different tasks. Our service offerings help free up time for healthcare to focus on patient work. In Logistics, we perform tasks that do not require healthcare education.
This summer, we are looking for substitutes in various areas: Meal management, material and textile supply, janitorial services, patient transport, and other service tasks. We ensure delivery quality by working based on standardized job descriptions and boundary lists developed in collaboration with healthcare. Summer substitutes for Logistics USÖ, Örebro
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a service employee in Logistics, the tasks vary throughout the day depending on the area you are working in.
Meal service: We work with managing and preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the care departments,
Material and textile supply: Inventory and order materials and textiles, unpack and replenish supplies in various storage areas,
Internal transport: At the hospital, such as transporting patients, food, goods, and waste. The transports are largely carried out with forklifts, so a forklift license is an advantage.
Other services: Have various other tasks, such as being a service host in intensive care units, managing certain storages, moving patients, and cleaning various instruments.
Upon employment, you will participate in various internal training programs to ensure your competence in the areas you will work in.
We provide this internal training to ensure you feel secure in your tasks and to ensure patient safety effectively.

QualificationsWe are looking for you who:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have a good command of Swedish in speech and writing
- Have basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and intranet)
- Have good physical ability
It is an advantage if you have a forklift license, a high school diploma, and/or experience from restaurants, warehouses, logistics, or other service professions.

For patient safety reasons, a language test will be conducted during the interview. Upon employment, an extract from the criminal record is required according to current legislation.
