Klara Team offers nursing teams responsible for on-call services during day, evening, and night shifts at nursing homes/home care.

About the job:

You will work independently and be responsible for urgent and planned interventions within a reasonable area in nursing homes/home care. You will also provide advice and support via phone to care staff. Klara Team is available during on-call hours - evenings, nights, weekends during the day, and public holidays. For this position, only night work is relevant.

As a nurse with us, you need a few years of experience as a nurse. If you have further education, it is a plus, but not a requirement! You should be comfortable working in different systems, as we use various journal systems as well as Mina Planer, NPÖ, and Pascal.

What do we offer:

You will make your assessments via phone and home visits when necessary. You will have access to a company car during your shifts, as well as your own work computer and work phone.

Who are we looking for?

As a person, you are empathetic and have the ability to see opportunities instead of obstacles with a positive mindset. You work with the patient in focus, and therefore attention to detail and good service is a given for you. Quality and efficiency permeate your work. You are skilled at working in a structured way by triaging and prioritizing. You live around Lund and Malmö.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Location: Lund/Malmö

Position: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours: Night shifts with a workload of 88%.
