Allt i Hemmet is a private home care provider that offers support at home in Gävle. We focus on psychiatry and addiction but also have clients with somatic illnesses and dementia care. We currently have about 50 employees and around 110 clients.

Allt i Hemmet works with the client Gävle municipality and we provide our clients with support at home after a decision has been made by a case officer.

Our goal is to strive to provide all our clients with qualitative, safe, and secure care with the right support for a well-functioning everyday life. We are a large workgroup with diverse skills and we work closely together to achieve good results and well-executed tasks.

Who are we looking for?

We prefer that you have experience as a caregiver and multilingualism is considered an asset.

You should be flexible in your way of working so that the client feels secure in your work. Changes should be seen as a positive part of your job.

We strive to have good communication within the workgroup to ensure the quality of our daily work. As an employee, you influence and have the opportunity to affect the assignment regarding your clients to ensure the quality of the work.

About the job:

You will work shifts but not nights, and we are primarily looking for summer substitutes.

You will be responsible for ensuring that your workday is well executed, and therefore it is important that you are accustomed to working alone.

We work closely together in the group, so being a team player is important.

We prefer that you have a driver's license, as we provide services to our clients who do not live centrally.
