Description

Sunne municipality has 4 central home care groups based in Selmagården and 2 home care groups located at the assisted living facility Allégården.

We need to recruit new employees for all units. Home care in Sunne municipality provides visits to clients in central Sunne as well as in the outskirts. We often work together across units. We collaborate closely to ensure that clients are cared for according to decisions made by social workers. We maintain close contact with our colleagues and other professionals and use mobile phones as keys as well as documentation and signing tools.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you provide service and personal care to our clients in their own homes. We want you to have a clear customer focus and be able to adapt your approach based on the client and the situation. You should have strong collaboration skills. The work also includes delegated health and medical care tasks. We place great importance on interaction, collaboration, flexibility, and responsibility in our contact with clients. We work with a customer focus, continuity, and have frequent team meetings with other professionals.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a certified nursing assistant/care education according to high school or other training deemed equivalent.
• Has good digital skills.
• Can document according to SoL and HSL.
• Holds a valid B driver's license.
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express themselves well in speech and writing.

We need you to be secure, cooperative, and attentive to the client's needs. You thrive in a job that is sometimes unpredictable and varied.

We offer both permanent positions and temporary contracts with varying degrees of employment.

Conditions

Sunne municipality applies annual working hours for this position. Working hours: according to a schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Sunne municipality applies a fragrance and tobacco-free working time.
