We in the evening and night organization are looking for you as a nurse, for work within the municipality's special accommodations and home healthcare. The evening and night organization consists of both nurses and district nurses who are responsible for the municipality's citizens who have home healthcare or reside in special accommodations. The position is 75%, but other working percentages may be relevant based on preferences.

Your role

As a nurse in the evening & night organization, you primarily work with the municipality's special accommodations. However, based on experience and any further education, work with home healthcare may also be relevant. In our organization, the whole is the most important, and we offer a professional and efficient service to our current citizens within the municipality. The work involves medical assessments, planned tasks, and support and advice to care staff, which means that no night is like the other. It also requires you as a nurse to plan and prioritize the tasks and patients you encounter. You will have the support of an experienced team consisting of both nurses and district nurses.

Your tasks

• Support and advice to care staff in special accommodations and home care
• Medical assessments and actions as well as advisory functions for citizens
• Delegation and some training for basic staff
• Collaboration with other professionals and actors, both internally and externally
