Within Basic Home Healthcare, we work on behalf of health centers - evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams are based in five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basic Home Healthcare is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care departments, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

As a licensed nurse at our call center, you are an important hub in the organization. Together with dedicated colleagues, you ensure high availability and safe medical advice for our clinical teams who are out on patient visits.

You support daily operations, contribute to efficient care flows, and ensure that each patient meeting is conducted with quality, responsibility, and the patient's best interests in focus. On-call doctors are always available for support in medical matters.

• Handle incoming alarms and distribute assignments to the right clinical staff.

• Provide medical advice and support to colleagues out on patient visits.

• Support clinical teams during delays and redirect resources as needed.

• Document in the TakeCare journal system and work in the planning tool Epsilon.

You will closely collaborate with our operations and actively contribute to ensuring that our care processes function safely, smoothly, and professionally.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with at least four years of experience. You have a sound clinical judgment, are structured, and enjoy working in a coordinating and advisory role. Experience in telephone advice is an advantage. You remain calm even when the pace is high, communicate clearly, and enjoy collaborating.
