Job Description In the role of Private Advisor with a focus on mortgages, you will be an important part of the team and work with the customer's entire mortgage journey – from application and credit assessment to loan setup and ongoing management of existing mortgages. You will also meet customers who contact the bank with questions or changing needs.

As an advisor, you ensure that the customer's entire personal finance is taken care of, either through your own advice or by booking further meetings with colleagues. Customer meetings take place remotely, primarily via phone but also through video meetings and written channels. The role requires good credit knowledge and a business-oriented approach.

The position is full-time and working hours are scheduled between 07:45–18:15, with the possibility to request a schedule. The work is performed on-site at SEB's office in Solna (Arenastaden). The start date for the position is April 13th.

Qualifications and Characteristics We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to creating value for customers and building long-term relationships. You are curious, solution-oriented, and collaborative, and you see your development within SEB as a long-term goal.

To be considered for the role, we see that you:

• Have experience in advisory and sales, preferably within banking or finance

• Have the ability to identify and understand the customer's needs

• Are communicative, attentive, and business-driven

• Have good credit knowledge

• Hold a Swedsec advisor license, mortgage license, and Certificate of Suitability for insurance distribution

• Thrive in a role where you drive business and relationships in close dialogue with customers
