Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association that provides social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and Selaön in Stallarholmen.

Since the work is varied, you should be confident in yourself, able to adapt to different situations. You enjoy learning new things, are attentive, and show interest in the job. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and are willing to ask questions when needed.

Qualifications: You need to have a care and nursing education, equivalent education, or experience working in care and nursing. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication, as well as computer skills and a B driver's license.

Experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) and working with individuals with disabilities is considered an advantage.

The tasks include supporting, motivating, and stimulating the residents' own ability to perform daily life activities and creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the tasks.

Working hours: Scheduled working hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
