Working as a dental hygienist at Smile Dental Care

Preventive dental care is an obvious part of our offering – and as a dental hygienist, you play a key role in this work. You will perform all standard tasks within the profession and contribute to ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and experience. With us, the work may also include examinations and teeth whitening.

With us, you have great trust and freedom in your role. You are responsible for your own appointment book, which gives you a flexible and well-balanced workday. This, in turn, creates conditions for high-quality treatments, satisfied patients, and a successful business.

We have regular clinic and therapy meetings where we reflect, develop, and support each other together. As a dental hygienist, you work independently in your treatment room but are also an important part of the team, collaborating closely with your colleagues.

For us, it is important to help each other in everyday life – therefore, you will also contribute when needed with tasks in sterilization, washing, and similar duties. At Smile, we work in the Frenda journal system.

Who are we looking for?

We see that you, like us, work to provide your patients with the best possible care and the highest level of service. At Smile, we are a team, and we are best together, which is why we see that you are collaborative and unpretentious and work towards the advancement of the entire clinic.

In addition to the above competencies, we see that you:

• Are a licensed dental hygienist

• Have a few years of work experience as a dental hygienist

• Speak & write good Swedish

Employment form and start date

We offer a permanent position with a workload of about 80-100% depending on what works for you. The position starts with a probationary period. In this process, we work with ongoing selection and hiring, which means that the position may be filled before the application deadline, so please submit your application today.
