JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help create a pleasant and meaningful dining experience for our customers? We are now looking for dedicated meal staff who, with warmth, quality, and care, want to contribute to a good everyday life for our customers at SÄBO.

As meal staff, you will be responsible for preparing all meals of the day and creating a positive dining environment. You will work closely with our customers and contribute to making meals a moment of community, enjoyment, and security.

You have a clear customer focus that is permeated by participation, choice, and respect for individual integrity and self-determination.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have some form of experience in the kitchen, cooking, and food hygiene. You have experience cooking for 10-20 people, which includes planning and managing the food we have and any waste that needs to be utilized. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and interest in good and nutritious food for the elderly.

You have a good economic eye, where we work for a nutritious and enjoyable meal without exceeding the financial frameworks that exist.

You have experience working with people, preferably within health and care.

You are a humble, independent person with great patience, drive, and commitment. You are flexible and have your heart in the right place, with the ability to create community, enthusiasm, and joy at work around you.

The role of meal staff requires that you are secure in your role, have good collaboration with colleagues and others involved with the customer, and that you have a good ability to quickly adapt when circumstances change.

You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work shift and understand the importance of following the routines and working methods that exist in the workplace.

You have the physical ability to perform the tasks included in the assignment, such as unpacking goods, handling large pots and containers, etc.

You can express yourself well in the Swedish language, both verbally and in writing. You are accustomed to using a computer to order the products we need and manage invoices. It is an advantage if you have experience with Medvind, Word, Excel, and Proceedo.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability; your ability to create security, community, and joy at work is crucial.

A driving license (B) is required for the position.
