We are looking for temporary substitutes for Vardaga home care in Ullstämma.

We are looking for someone who can step in during the absence of regular staff - sometimes at short notice. The work shifts vary depending on needs and operations.

We are looking for several temporary substitutes and offer a meaningful extra job where you can make a difference for another person, gain valuable work experience, and meet wonderful colleagues at the workplace. In home care, we primarily travel by bike, and in some cases by car. Physical activity and (hopefully) sunshine during working hours are included as an extra bonus.

We have sheltered housing in Ullstämma, with adapted apartments as well as daily lunch service and a solid recreational offering for our elderly. The primary task is home care work with our clients in their own homes – both personal care and home service are included.

Your mission

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Home care work with our clients in the area, including personal care and home service - e.g. showering, shopping, distribution of meal boxes, and responding to security alarms.

You work with delegation from a nurse and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing; documentation is included as part of the job. We work with time and effort registration.

You are part of a well-established team with close contact with team leaders and colleagues. Contact with the nurse occurs through home healthcare.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with the elderly and providing care according to their needs. You enjoy working independently and understand the importance of good communication in every given situation. Experience in care work is a significant advantage. Biking is a basic requirement, and a driver's license is a bonus.

You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
