We are now looking for a nursing assistant for the Night Patrol, which is an organization belonging to ordinary housing within the elderly and care administration. We operate from the premises of the Security Center located at Mariestad Hospital.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with a colleague, is attentive, and confident in their professional role!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the Night Patrol, we are nine colleagues working during the shift, distributed across five cars. We usually work in pairs, but some solo work may occur. The Night Patrol covers the entire municipality.

The main job responsibilities include;

• Conducting pre-scheduled supervision visits to clients living in ordinary housing.
• Personal care
• Delegated healthcare tasks
• Responding to alarms received by the Security Center
• Documentation and verbal reporting

The job involves close cooperation with your other colleagues in the Night Patrol, the alarm operators at the Security Center, and the night nurses. Your working hours are between 21:15 and 07:15, and we work according to a rolling ten-week schedule.

The position we are filling is approximately 85% with a start as soon as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for a position with us, we expect you to be a trained nursing assistant. You have work experience from home care and possess good and versatile care skills.

The job requires you to adapt your approach and way of working to each client. You also need to be able to quickly adjust if something urgent occurs. As a person, you are attentive, positive, and confident in your interactions with individuals.

You should be engaged and proactive and have a positive attitude towards your work. Together with your colleague, you will make night work both enjoyable and meaningful for both clients and colleagues!

Since ongoing documentation is important, we expect you to have a high digital maturity and to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

A driving license (B) is required for the position.
