We are looking for you who want to work with us during the summer of 2026 and who are seeking a rewarding and meaningful summer job in Nacka. We offer an independent job with many social contacts. You are passionate about taking care of others who need care and support in their daily lives.

It is an advantage if you are, for example, a university student in need of a summer job and new experiences related to your education. You may be studying to become a nursing assistant, nurse, occupational therapist, social worker, or doctor, or have another focus related to care and support and want to gain practical experience working with the elderly?

We are a wonderful team that always focuses on the customer and the best possible quality in the work we do. You will be substituting when regular employees are on vacation.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' own homes providing the care and support they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

The tasks may involve assistance with:

  • Care and personal hygiene

  • Support with dressing and undressing

  • Social support

  • Meals

  • Cleaning and laundry

  • Shopping

  • Supervision

  • Accompaniment to the doctor

  • Escorting to activities outside the home

  • Respite care for family support where we temporarily relieve the family member

  • And much more

About you:

You have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping elderly people. You find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.

We believe you live nearby so that commuting to and from work is not burdensome. The minimum age is 18 years, and you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you can cycle and drive an electric moped between clients. If you have a B driver's license, there are also schedules where a car is needed between clients. The majority of our routes do not require a car.

Work period and hours:

You want to work during the period of June, July, and/or August. The minimum work period is 4 weeks, preferably longer. There is an opportunity to work extra as needed before and after the summer period.

Working hours are daytime 07:15-16:15 or evenings 15:45- approx. 22:45 with duty every other weekend in a rolling two-week schedule. Several different fixed schedule options are available. We have two offices you can work from, Ektorp center in Nacka or Igelbodaplatån in Saltsjöbaden.

Your application:

In your application, we would like you to specify which weeks you are interested in working during the summer. If you want to work as a substitute before and after the summer, please also mention that in your application.

The selection process starts in February and is ongoing. We only accept applications through our recruitment system.

About us:

Annelies Hemtjänstteam is a private company founded in 2003 that provides home care in Nacka on behalf of Nacka Municipality.

We strive for as high personnel continuity as possible in our planning. In the offices, we have administrative staff who plan employees and clients in different geographical areas in Nacka.

Our care staff are nursing assistants and caregivers. We have modern environmentally friendly electric hybrid cars, electric bikes, and electric mopeds and work modernly with digital systems for work schedules and client interventions.

We do not have a collective agreement.
