With a solution-oriented and flexible approach, you can handle changes and adapt interventions according to the circumstances, whether they are related to work life or personal life situations. You prefer to work in a structured manner and with support from evidence-based methods, and you are driven by the desire to develop and deepen your competence in your professional role.
Personal qualities:

- You have good collaboration skills and enjoy creating relationships
- You have the ability to see each person's individual needs and strengths and adapt your approach and working methods accordingly.

Requirements
You are a trained occupational therapist, social worker, or have equivalent post-secondary education.
You have experience working with work-oriented rehabilitation. Knowledge of labor market policies, the social insurance system, and how societal support is structured and functions for these individuals is of great importance. Experience with the target group is also desirable.
Meritorious
- Previous experience with Individual Placement and Support (IPS)
- Driver's license (B)
We place great importance on your personal qualities.
The employment is a project position for 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
The position will be filled provided that it is not needed for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
For patient-related work within Stockholm County Council:
- background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
