As an operations manager/teacher at Birkagårdens Folkhögskola, you will work in a combined role with significant overall responsibility for the vocational education of teacher and student assistants. You will work centrally with student recruitment, scheduling, internship coordination, and be responsible for employee and salary discussions. The other part of the position consists of teaching.

You will also contribute to developing and starting more vocational education programs with related orientations, possibly as higher vocational education or commissioned training. In the autumn semester, a smaller training program for treatment assistants will also start, and possibly a social pedagogy program in HT-26 or HT-27.

The role may also, in the long term, involve management responsibility for more of the school's operations.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Teacher education or other pedagogical education at the university level
• Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form
• Experience from various parts of the Swedish school system and be well acquainted with the school's governing documents
• Meritorious: Competence to teach various components in the student and teacher assistant programs
