JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work in a rewarding and stimulating work environment, where the focus is on helping individuals with various tasks based on their needs.

The work involves performing standard care tasks based on care plans, executing health and medical tasks as delegated, and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained care assistant.
• is confident in your professional role.
• is engaged, helpful, and accommodating.
• has a B driver's license.
• can communicate in Swedish in a way that allows you to interact with individuals, relatives, and other staff, as well as document what the operation requires.
• is flexible and has an easy time collaborating with others. You have a good demeanor and are not afraid to take your own initiative.
