Your Challenge

We are now looking for a teacher/trainer, including internship coordinator, in electrical installation for our vocational activities for adults in Kristianstad.

As a teacher/trainer, you are expected to plan and execute both theoretical and practical components together with other teachers/trainers. If you also have good business contacts within the electrical industry in northeastern Skåne, that is seen as a positive. Part of your job involves following up with the internship site and the intern.

Your Profile

Teacher/trainer or extensive professional experience in electrical installations with experience in:

• You preferably have experience in similar tasks.
• You are flexible and enjoy managing your tasks independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, relevant units, and organizations.
• You have a natural sense of service.
• You are meticulous, structured, efficient, and stress-resistant, and enjoy working in a changing environment.
• You can express yourself easily in speech and writing.
• You have good computer skills.
• Previous work with internship seekers is an advantage.
• We would like you to have a broad network in northeastern Skåne.

We are looking for a colleague who is flexible, can easily handle systems, and is driven by contact with other people. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, and multilingualism is an advantage.

Employment form:

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period, or part-time or hourly employment.

Scope: full-time, or part-time 25-50%
