We are now looking for someone to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Nynäshamn. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 75%, and working hours per week may vary.

The position is temporary from 2026-03-02 to 2026-08-31 with a possibility of extension.

Your role as a salesperson with us

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, handle stock, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we achieve results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (20 years old) to meet customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset to learn new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is advantageous if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or with food and drinks.
