We are now looking for a secure, professional, and business-driven sales associate for our flagship store in Östermalm. A role for you who wants to work with consultative sales in the upper premium segment – where the customer experience always comes first and where every meeting takes its time.

As a sales associate at Carpe Diem Beds, you are the face of the brand. You primarily work with sales on the shop floor and guide customers through the entire purchasing process – from the first meeting to a long-term relationship.
The role of the sales associate is characterized by: • Consultative sales focusing on beds and entire bedrooms • A calm work pace where quality, knowledge, and trust are crucial • A team where each employee has a significant impact on the store's results
Main responsibilities: • Represent the brand and create an exclusive and personal customer experience through deep product and brand knowledge • Work with consultative sales and high order values • Follow up with customers, quotes, and dialogues via phone and email • Collaborate closely with colleagues as well as interior architects and retailers • Contribute to the store's visual expression and conceptual integrity • Participate in and execute events • Take initiatives, for example through collaborations or customer activities

We see that you have experience in: • Documented experience in consultative sales, preferably within the premium segment in the furniture, bed, interior design, kitchen, or bathroom industry • Worked systematically in CRM systems and with quote follow-ups • Very good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, as well as good communication skills in English

Working hours & conditions: • Employment form: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period • Scope: 80% • Salary: Fixed monthly salary and commission • Start: By agreement • Working hours: Varying schedule based on store opening hours: Weekdays 10:00–18:00 Saturdays 11:00–17:00 Sundays 11:00–16:00 Every other weekend is included in the working hours.
