The assignment is full-time until the end of the year, starting as soon as possible. The work is only on-site at the office in Nykvarn.

Södertälje Industriservice Aktiebolag, ISAB, is a family business that has been active since the early 1960s. ISAB primarily works with the industrial sector as a client, providing services such as process cleaning of machines and equipment, logistics including warehousing services, and other industrial services.

In this role, you will be part of ISAB's team in the order and finance department.

As an Order & Transport Coordinator, you will work with various tasks within order management, transport, and other administration.

You will work with:

• Receiving, registering, and following up on orders

• Coordinating transports, bookings, and following up on deliveries

• Answering questions via email/phone

• Collaborating to ensure delivery times are met

• Coordinating transports

• Acting as a link between customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and suppliers

• Handling freight documents

• Experience in similar tasks within order management and transport

• Good computer skills and proficiency in both Swedish and English

• Strong sense of structure, accuracy, and quality

• Good communicator

• Driver's license is required

• You are driven, flexible, and solution-oriented

• Unpretentious and a good team player

• Used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously

• Communicative and service-oriented

• Start: Immediately.

• Scope: Full-time.

• Location: Nykvarn (the work is full-time on-site).

• Assignment: Consulting assignment until the end of the year with the possibility of extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at Andara Group during the assignment.
