About the position SEB Kort operates throughout the Nordic region and collaborates with brands such as SEB, AirPlus, Strawberry, and a number of co-brand partners. They offer services to both private and corporate customers and handle over a million customer interactions per year.
As a customer service representative, you will be part of the team that delivers top-class service to SEB Kort's customers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone and email. - Answer questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates. - Guide customers in SEB's digital services (website and app) - Ensure high quality and the best possible customer experience in every contact.

SEB Kort is looking for you Who has a strong service focus, is goal-oriented, and enjoys working in a team. You are responsible, professional in your approach, and like to develop. You are also technically curious and comfortable guiding customers in digital services.
Furthermore, we would like you to have:
A high school diploma
Several years of work experience
Experience in customer service or another service/sales role
Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you are fluent in spoken and written in any of the following languages: German, French, Finnish, and/or Spanish.
Additional information Employer: Workz Client: SEB Kort Start: Beginning/mid-March. Scope: Full-time, permanent employment with an initial probationary period Salary: Individual salary setting, collective agreement applies. Hourly-based monthly salary.
