About the role

As an inside salesperson, you will primarily:

• Contact new customers by phone and sell service cases for our suppliers' technicians – mainly regarding air heat pumps.
• Be the first point of contact with the customer and ensure they receive a professional and smooth service offer.
• Work in a structured way with clear goals and receive ongoing support from your coach and team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is communicative, service-oriented, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Has an inner drive and enjoys reaching set goals.
• Wants to develop in customer service and sales.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Location and working hours:

You will work on-site in our modern office premises in central Gothenburg – close to both transport, lunch spots, and services.

Working hours are weekdays, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

The position is full-time and involves a social, energetic office work environment together with a team that supports and motivates each other every day. We are hiring continuously.
