Welcome to the Health and Care Administration in Enköping! With us, you make a difference every day by working closely with people and creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for the residents of Enköping. Together, we create safe and quality care for our residents.

We are now looking for two new employees for LSS service housing at Bivråksgränd and Parkgatan. One support assistant and one support pedagogue. You will be scheduled at both service residences with a mixed schedule of days, evenings, and every other weekend.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Assistant:

Your tasks include documenting in the documentation system Lifecare, creating and following up on implementation plans, planning individualized activities, and collaborating with relatives, colleagues, and other actors in the client's network.

In our LSS operations, we work together with a salutogenic, respectful, and individualized approach in all situations. In the role of support assistant, you have significant responsibility and good opportunities to influence your work. All support is adapted to the clients' individual conditions and daily state. To work with us, you need to be solution-focused, responsible, and flexible, and adapt your approach and interaction based on each client's unique needs.

Working hours vary based on the needs of the operation, and you need to be able to work days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Support Pedagogue:

Clarifying pedagogy and alternative communication are essential parts of our operations. As a support pedagogue, it is therefore important that you have good knowledge in the field and the ability to guide your colleagues.

To thrive in the role, you need to enjoy taking your own initiative and driving development and quality work forward. You have good knowledge of various evidence-based methods that you also work from in your daily life. Documentation is seen as a natural part of the work, and you act as a support to colleagues in establishing implementation plans.

Working hours vary based on the needs of the operation, and you need to be able to work days, evenings, and every other weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

Support Assistant: Relevant education and experience working with LSS, preferably previous experience in service housing and with younger adults.

Support Pedagogue: Relevant education and good knowledge in the area and the ability to guide your colleagues.
