RESPONSIBILITIES
As a clinical teacher, you play an important role in strengthening competence and patient safety within Region Skåne's healthcare.
You will, among other things:
- lead practical skills training
- create, lead, and develop realistic simulations for students and staff
- conduct in-situ simulations in the healthcare's own environments or in our own simulation environments
- develop and adapt training in collaboration with healthcare providers in Skåne and Lund University
- contribute ideas and be involved in our development work, which is currently intensive.
With us, you will have a role that combines pedagogy, clinic, and innovation, where you will have ample space to be creative both in thought and action.
The position is based in Helsingborg, but since we work throughout Skåne, you will need to travel regularly to other locations within the region.
Here, you will work in a unique environment where development and learning are at the center, while directly contributing to patient safety in Region Skåne. You will be part of an engaged and competent team and have good opportunities to develop within pedagogy, simulation, and leadership.
Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare.
