Personal assistant needed for a very social and verbal man with extensive physical disabilities. My mobility impairment means I need help 24 hours a day with transfers and practical tasks at home.
I use a ventilator both day and night and manage my assistance with clarity and warmth in a good workgroup.
I am looking for someone who is social, calm, responsible, and has a sense of humor. It is a plus if you have experience with ventilators/respirators and feel comfortable handling a ceiling lift. It is also preferable if you do not smoke. Please write and tell me who you are and what you have done before.
The position is approximately 50% but will likely increase over time, if you want and everything goes well.
Ramp Personal Assistance is a non-profit assistance provider with a clear radical profile beyond the wet care blanket and profit maximization. We naturally have a collective agreement with Kommunal-Fremia.
