What we do and want

We are now looking for summer substitutes for our service housing for people with disabilities in combination with mental health issues.

In a service apartment, residents live in their own apartment near the service facility and manage large parts of their daily living independently. At the workplace, you will work partly alone, meaning that even though you have colleagues, you rarely work simultaneously. This places high demands on the collaboration and communication skills of the person we are looking for.

The staff is based at the service facility where there are on-call rooms, offices, and common areas.

About the positions

The operations are based on LSS and the support is based on individually designed implementation plans. The support in the operations can be both practical and social in nature and takes place both in the residents' apartments and out in the community.

Your main tasks will be to provide practical and motivating support in everyday life (e.g., cleaning, social support, laundry, cooking). You will be responsible for record-keeping and documentation.

The work is scheduled and includes day, evening, and sleeping on-call shifts according to appendix J. The work also involves simpler medical tasks that require delegation from a nurse associated with the operation.

Who are you?

You who are applying should have a high school education, and it is an advantage if you have relevant education for the area of operations, such as childcare worker, nursing assistant with a psychiatric focus, or ongoing university education in social work.

It is also an advantage if you have knowledge in MI, clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal approach, and psychiatry. Since the work places high demands on communication and includes administrative tasks, you need to master Swedish in both speech and writing.

We are looking for engaged, confident, and attentive individuals who are over 18 years old. You who are applying should understand that working with this target group places high demands on flexibility and adaptability regarding both tasks and interactions. We would also like you to have experience with the target group.
