IGS is currently seeking personal assistants for a 53-year-old woman who can work short shifts. This job is most suitable for you who are studying and want a part-time job.

• Are you smoke-free?
• Can you be fragrance-free (i.e., you do not use perfume yourself and do NOT use scented personal care products or laundry detergents when working with the client)?
• Do you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as you need to read and understand workplace instructions?
• Are you quick to learn and have an open mind?

The client lives in Rinkeby (a few minutes from the subway and bus stops). She has several disabilities: Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (which means that the connective tissue in her body does not function properly), balance disorders, paralysis, pain diseases, allergies, asthma, hearing impairment with tinnitus, Asperger's syndrome, and some other conditions. However, she can think, plan, and structure her life independently.

You who are applying must be able to see blood as the client has an ileostomy (i.e., a bag on her stomach) and a Suprapubic Catheter (also called cystostomy, cystofix, abdominal catheter, SPK).

Your age, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, and religion do not matter!

Since the client has very little social need, it is of great importance that you respect that.

You must be careful, independent, and attentive, as the client often experiences significant pain and cannot always communicate clearly. Due to her hearing impairment, it is important that you can speak clearly, as the client reads facial expressions and lips. An accent in Swedish is not a hindrance.

You will receive clear instructions from the client that you can refer to later. Tasks may include everything from assisting with cooking to personal hygiene.
