Unika Ullbergs Väg is a group home that offers a tailored and pleasant living environment for individuals in target group 1 according to LSS. Here, we work with heart, focusing on creating a safe and developing environment for our residents. With six apartments located in the picturesque Vaxholm, our operation is surrounded by tranquility and beautiful surroundings. About the role of Support WorkerAs a support worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable everyday life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work purposefully based on the assignment plan, maintaining a professional and rehabilitative approach while also working within the resources and budget of the organization.
We adapt our work according to each individual's conditions and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our approach involves a low-arousal response and clarifying pedagogy.
QualificationsVery good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
Experience working within LSS.
Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal response.
High school education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.
Relevant further education in health and care.
Experience with specific care needs.
Documentation skills.
Multilingual.

Employment ConditionsWorking hours: On-call substitute as needed Working time: Rotating schedule, day, evening, and weekend shifts occur. Start date: By agreement, we look positively on if you can start soon. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
