We Are Looking For

We are looking for a qualified leisure educator or childcare worker who wants to become part of our school. The position is a temporary contract for parental leave. It is a full-time position, but minor adjustments to the scope can be discussed.

Your role will be to be part of the daily leisure home activities while also being responsible for the leisure home operations.

It is a broad role where you will be a resource in the classroom, spend time with the students during leisure time, and also be responsible for the operations.

Since this is a parental leave substitute, it will be a longer-term position, and as we have positive growth and high ambitions, you should enjoy influencing, improving, and seeing new opportunities together with your colleagues.

Your Qualifications

We place great importance on personal qualities and would like you to share our values. You need to have a strong commitment and patience, love children, and be willing to give of yourself to them. You should:

· have solid experience in leisure home operations

· have good collaboration skills

· enjoy and have the ability to create good relationships with students and adults

· love making a difference for our students, providing them with a solid foundation, and always valuing their potential and integrity.

· speak good Swedish

· have a strong inner drive and be conscientious.
