Job Responsibilities

Are you a nurse ready for new challenges? We are now looking for three dedicated nurses for our facilities: Glöstorpshöjdens care and nursing home, Svartedalgatans care and nursing home, and Svartedalgatans ordinary housing.

With us, you will have a free and varied job where you can influence and plan your workday. Your tasks include assessing, planning, and structuring work towards the patient based on a person-centered approach. You will independently perform medical treatment and nursing interventions but collaborate in interdisciplinary teams around the patient. You will follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers, as well as guide and delegate tasks to nursing staff. You will work based on a basic schedule, which means you mainly work daytime on weekdays with about four evenings a month and duty every fourth weekend.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have previous experience in nursing, that is certainly a plus, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. Furthermore, a B driver's license is a requirement. For the position at Glöstorpshöjden, Finnish is an advantage.

The role of the nurse requires you to independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks. To provide the best possible care, you also need to have a well-developed ability to collaborate, as we are several working in teams around the patients. The meeting with patients and relatives is an important part of the job, which is why we consider it important that you are attentive and can create an understanding of the counterpart's needs and provide a good reception.
