Description
Welcome to the Personality Disorder Clinic!
The clinic is a specialized service aimed at personality disorders. It is a large clinic where we work in interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychologists, nurses, social workers, rehabilitation coordinators, and doctors. There are good opportunities for professional exchange and development work.
We are tasked with developing care for this patient group and continuously work to renew and improve our methods and collaboration. We strive to create a workplace with high professionalism and an open climate, dialogue between different perspectives, and a connection to the university and research.
As one of the nurses in the Psychiatry Affectiva department, you will be part of an organization where development work, continuing education, and supervision are seen as important for a good working environment. Professional development for nurses occurs actively both centrally and at our clinic.
Job Responsibilities
The position is located in one of our three base teams. As a nurse, you will work with assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with mental health issues, both in the role of nurse and as a primary care contact. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the patient and the interdisciplinary team, characterized by continuity, participation, and person-centered care.
Your responsibilities will include psychiatric nursing based on the individual needs of the patient, planning, implementing, and following up on nursing interventions. This also includes responsibility for medication follow-ups and psychoeducational interventions for patients.
The work requires independence, good collaboration skills, and a professional approach, while you are an important part of the team's collective work.
Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed nurse who preferably has experience working in psychiatric outpatient care and with our target group. It is advantageous if you have a specialization in psychiatry, and we would like you to be interested in working with patients in groups.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. As a person, it is important that you have a genuine interest in human interactions and that you are goal-oriented in your work.
Warm welcome to your application!
