Preschool Kapellgången is located in Landala and is a 24-hour preschool that is open every day, all day. We meet families who need care at times when other services are closed. Our operations are shaped according to the children's schedules, and we work closely with both guardians and colleagues to create safety and quality. This means that flexibility and good planning are crucial for us in our daily work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a secure leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the operations according to the preschool's curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

We would like you to have previous experience working as a preschool teacher in similar operations.

As a person, you contribute new ideas and see several possible solutions when something needs to be solved. You are curious, encourage dialogue, and help others learn and develop. You can explain information clearly to different recipients and create participation and engagement. Collaboration with others is important to you, and you build a respectful climate by showing interest and understanding. You take responsibility for the whole, maintain focus under stress, and keep calm in difficult situations. You distinguish between the matter and the person and make well-founded assessments.
