Preschool Kastvindsgatan 3 is centrally located in Hisingen and has four groups, two for younger children and two for older ones. The position is currently placed in a younger children's department, but the work may also involve working with other age groups based on the needs of the operation. We plan the teaching with clear goals and base it on both governing documents and the children's needs and interests.

The learning environments, both indoors and outdoors, are thoughtfully designed to inspire children to explore, participate, and influence their daily lives. We work closely together throughout the building, and we are looking for someone who is solution-focused, communicative, and enjoys being part of a team where collaboration is a natural part of the day.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who can create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the operations according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and you are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

We prefer that you have at least 2 years of experience working as a preschool teacher in a similar setting.

Meritorious:

• Working with children in need of adaptations
• Experience and knowledge in language development methods
• Experience with our document management system Unikum
